Johl's responsibilities extend beyond internal team management; he also takes charge of maintaining strong relationships with our external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that drive our business forward. Additionally, Johl is the friendly face who welcomes both new and existing customers each morning, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

From onboarding new clients to managing our dedicated team, Johl's leadership ensures that our business operates at the highest standards. With his strategic guidance and hands-on approach, we continue to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.

As one of our most seasoned team members, Millie holds a Level 3 certification in Animal Welfare and Care, along with specialized training in Animal First Aid. With her wealth of experience, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the welfare of our guests.

Millie’s expertise extends beyond the day-to-day care of our canine friends; she also provides invaluable support to our daycare assistants, ensuring they maintain our high standards of care. Her commitment to excellence shines through in the exceptional level of attention and care she devotes to each animal and staff member under her supervision.

In addition to her responsibilities in the facility, Millie serves as a point of contact for our customers, offering assistance both in person and through our social media channels. Her dedication to both the well-being of our animals and the satisfaction of our clients makes her an indispensable member of our team.

 Megan is a driven young professional who has recently achieved her Animal Welfare & Care Level 3 certification, with plans to specialize in canine behavioral training through us in the future. Her passion for animals drives her commitment to ongoing education and development in the field.

In her role, Megan serves as a vital contributor to our social media presence, ensuring our online platforms are engaging and informative for our customers. She also excels in customer care, providing personalized assistance to meet the unique needs of each client.

Drawing from her experience working with security dogs, Megan brings valuable insights to our team, helping to enhance the level of care provided to your canine companions. Furthermore, she actively contributes to the professional growth of our staff, sharing her knowledge and skills to elevate the standard of care across the board.

In addition to her role as a daycare assistant, Emily takes the lead in planning our events,  
ensuring each event is memorable and enjoyable for all attendees.

Her commitment to learning is evident in her pursuit of qualifications, where she consistently delivers top-level performance. Zara's willingness to go above and beyond guarantees that each dog enjoys personalized care and undivided attention throughout their stay with us.

Currently pursuing her Level 2 certification, Megan is instrumental in keeping us abreast of social media trends. She now spearheads our TikTok presence, bringing fresh and engaging content to our audience while showcasing her love for our four-legged friends.
